We are a small but agile family business offering a personal service to all of our customers. Here's some important information about how we try to do business and some of the variants and choices available as well as some prices. You will note one common theme throughout and that is, please contact us. We believe we can offer you excellent service and prices but can't do so until you get in touch....
Website not Web Shop
We moved away from an eCommerce shop to a standard website in 2021.

We found that the vast majority of our sporting and corporate customers wanted and needed a more collaborative approach from an award retailer. Scrolling through 1000's of individual products doesn't suit busy volunteers and organisers.

By making our suppliers catalogues available, you can see more products on one screen if you wish OR you can ask us to provide you with some ideas.

We still offer safe and secure electronic payment methods.
Minimum Order
Orders for trophies and awards are subject to a minimum order value of £50 (pre-delivery charges).

The main reason for this is the increased delivery charges of our suppliers and their ability to wipe out a profit margin on small orders. In essence, small orders tend to lose us money!

Pricing
We do our best to offer you the very best price possible. We follow our suppliers' RRP so you should find that we are not more expensive than other retailers to start with. We believe that we offer you the best possible value with our collaborative approach and the time that we invest in getting your order right.

We offer all customers a price promise. If you find the same product and service for a cheaper price, we will look to better that price.
Don't forget, the RRP is just the start. We are happy to discuss the pricing of BULK ORDERS* such as those for tournaments, festivals or prize giving events. Just drop us an email at for a quote.

Prices shown in supplier catalogues do not include the cost of delivery to you. This cost will be added to your order and will be shown on any quote/invoice.

*Bulk order is an order for more than 10 trophies/awards, however, drop us an email if you have fewer and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to obtain, prepare, engrave (if required), package and dispatch your order within 5 - 7 working days of your payment being made. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Bulk orders may take longer.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or by Courier. We will attribute a Royal Mail 2nd Class service to your order unless you advise us that you require 1st Class, Tracked or a courier service.

Engraving
We are able to offer several methods of engraving or marking your products. From traditional diamond drag to the most up to date laser technology.
We seek to ensure that engraving is as clear as it can be, this means that in many cases, we must limit the amount of characters used. On trophy plaques, we use a limit of 60 characters. We may limit very small plaques further. On medals, we use a limit of 30 characters. We also use a single block font that ensures that clarity is retained.
Free engraving is available on medals and trophy plaques, up to a total of 10 awards. There is a limit to the total number of characters used which is explained above. There is a limit to the number of characters engraved for free which is detailed in the table below. If you do want additional text please do continue, however, there will be an additional charge.
Bulk orders (11+ awards) Where you have a large number of awards that need engraving, please contact us to discuss your requirements and how we can reduce your engraving costs.
A large number of awards to be engraved means a large amount of time spent engraving them so we aim to find a balance between the cost of this time and a fair price to you.
Engraving pricing can become complicated due to the breadth of materials, technologies and options involved. We have attempted to keep our structure as straightforward and fair as possible in the following table:

We will need artwork with as high resolution as possible. JPEG, PDF, BMP, PNG, SVG formats preferable.
If possible, obtain artwork files that you may have paid for and used elsewhere to save on this cost. Alternatively, check to see if a club member is able to "vectorise" your artwork for you before sending to us.
